THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH UNIQUE VESSEL CO. WE VALUE YOUR SUPPORT AND WANT YOU TO FEEL CONFIDENT IN YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY BELOW.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 14 days from the purchase date will need to be communicated with vender for approval.

NO EXCHANGES

Unique Vessel does not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

RESTOCKING FEE (CANDLES ONLY)

All approved returns for candles are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any clothing material including hats

  • Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products like music, videos, podcast, or video training/teaching courses

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Unique Vessel is not responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

  • Candle returns will have a 10% restocking fee deducted

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email below

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. You MUST do provide order # and photos if you want a full refund.
