Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts), within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery option.

Incorrect Addresses
PLEASE!!! ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of any damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Warm Weather Disclaimer
Candles may soften or melt during warmer months. While we take precautions with packaging, we are not responsible for melting caused by high temperatures during transit. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery. (Don't let it sit outside your home long)
